All of our rooms are equipped with a shower or bath, toilet, radio, telephone, digital satellite TV, hairdryer, safe. Some rooms have a balcony or private garden. Free WIFI in all rooms.
Summer rates:
Rates are per day, per person, and include the following: half board, tourist tax, VAT, a large breakfast buffet of specially selected local South Tyrolean products, themed dinners (Tyrolean regional cuisine, fish dishes, etc.), varied salad and vegetables buffet, free WIFI throughout the hotel, bike storage room, spacious sun-kissed garden with a view of the Dolomites, free parking in our private car park, low-calorie and gluten-free meals available upon request.
Winter rates:
Rates are per day, per person, and include the following: half board, tourist tax, VAT, a large breakfast buffet of specially selected local South Tyrolean products, themed dinners (Tyrolean regional cuisine, fish dishes, etc.), varied salad and vegetables buffet, free WIFI throughout the hotel, ski storage room with ski boot dryer, free ski-bus from the hotel to the ski-lifts (800 metres and 1200 metres), free parking in our private car park, low-calorie and gluten-free meals available upon request.
Reductions for children staying in their parents’ room:
- up to 2 years old: cot €20 per night
- from 2-11 years: 50%
- from 11-15 years: 30%
- +15 years: 20%
- Garage parking space: €6 per night
Conditions:
The rates indicated are valid for a minimum stay of 3/7 nights.
Where possible, we ask that guests begin and end their stay on the weekend.
In case of short notice cancellation or early departure, an empty bed fee will be calculated in accordance with international tourism standards.
Bookings are only confirmed upon payment of a deposit amounting to 30% of the total stay price.
In case of client cancellation, the following fee will be due:
- Cancellation up to 15 days prior to arrival date: 40% of the agreed total price
- Cancellation up to 8 days prior to arrival date: 60% of the agreed total price
- Cancellation less than 8 days prior to arrival date: 70% of the agreed total price
Online payment and travel cancellation insurance:
It is hard enough not to be able to start a booked trip against expectations. In order to avoid any financial loss in this context, you should take precautions in time. Please note:
Children’s push chairs are not permitted in the dining room. The hotel provides highchairs.
Late 6 p.m. check-out fee of €30 per person (depending on availability, and prior agreement), not including meals.
Pets:
upon request, small dogs may join you during your stay for a fee of €20 per day, however they are not permitted in communal areas.
